A Beacon of Culture in Challenging Times: Central Point Partners Named to Inc.’s 2020 Best Workplaces List

April 29, 2020

Central Point Placement is noted as a beacon of culture from Inc Magazine. Located in Westerville Ohio an IT staffing firm

We are incredibly proud to announce that Central Point Partners has been recognized as one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces for 2020.

While receiving an award of this magnitude is always an honor, receiving it this year—amidst global uncertainty and the unprecedented shift in how we all work—makes it particularly meaningful. This recognition is not just about perks or office amenities; it is a testament to the resilience, dedication, and genuine connection our team maintains, regardless of physical location.

When we received the official notification, we were struck by how succinctly Inc.’s Editor-in-chief captured the essence of this moment. It’s not just about celebrating success in good times; it’s about recognizing the strength of a culture that sustains a team through difficult times.

We wanted to share the thoughtful letter we received from Inc. Magazine that accompanied this honor:

Hello Pam,

Congratulations again on Central Point Partners making the 2020 Inc. Best Workplaces list! We understand that for some this is an honor that comes at an awkward, and perhaps even a difficult, point. But to my mind, the BWP award is a light in the Covid darkness, a beacon of the culture you’ve built over time, and, I hope, an affirmation of how aligned and committed your team has been—something that is useful to recognize in both good times and bad.

Thank you again for your support and interest in Inc. Best Workplaces, and one last thing. All winners have something special in common: a culture that encourages people in a way that allows teams to stay strong in the office or in one’s home office—even if the home office is at the kitchen table! That kind of leadership and the resilience it creates are worth celebrating, and I can’t wait to see how you do it!

Best,

Scott Omelianuk
