Women's Initiatives

Central Point Partners’ Women’s Advisory Board was established to create a more compelling work environment and enhance career opportunities for our women by driving national and local initiatives that support, advance, retain and reward them. Chaired by our CEO, the Women’s Advisory Task Force is focused on increasing the number of women in leadership roles through targeted leadership development programs, career sponsorship opportunities and positioning Central Point Partners as a premier company for women.

Learning Focus

From new hire orientation, to management and leadership training and online portal accessible for all employees – our focus is on developing global mindsets and creating an understanding of diversity and inclusion throughout our organization.
