Hello Pam,

Congratulations again on Central Point Partners making the 2020 Inc. Best Workplaces list! We understand that for some this is an honor that comes at an awkward, and perhaps even a difficult, point. But to my mind, the BWP award is a light in the Covid darkness, a beacon of the culture you’ve built over time, and, I hope, an affirmation of how aligned and committed your team has been—something that is useful to recognize in both good times and bad. 

Thank you again for your support and interest in Inc. Best Workplaces, and one last thing. All winners have something special in common: a culture that encourages people in a way that allows teams to stay strong in the office or in one’s home office—even if the home office is at the kitchen table! That kind of leadership and the resilience it creates are worth celebrating, and I can’t wait to see how you do it!
